Prototype discipline, learned inside the programs
Costco and Trader Joe's don't hand work to a contractor twice if it goes badly the first time. Working inside their programs taught us to build to the standard rather than to the field — same submittal package, same pre-fab approach, same closeout, location after location. It's also where our crews learned to work a sales floor that reopens in the morning: dust control, egress lighting kept live, and the space handed back clean every night.

Production lines that cannot stop
Alta Dena, Del Real Foods, West Coast Prime Meats, La Brea Bakery. Washdown environments, USDA-inspected floors, and equipment that comes back online whether or not the conduit is finished. We plan the shutdown backwards from the restart: pre-fab racked, LOTO written, disconnects and motor controls staged before the first breaker opens.

When the ceiling stays open, the work is the finish
On an exposed-ceiling floor there is no tile to hide behind. Runs have to be straight, heights consistent, and hangers laid out on a grid, because everything we install is something the tenant looks at every day. We lay linear and track runs against the architect's reflected ceiling plan, land Title 24 controls so they pass functional testing the first time, and feed benching and floor boxes with nothing showing above the desk.
